Create a spreadsheet that lists the topics and frequency of posting for your platforms. I’ve linked to one below you can use as an example. Take it one week at a time and fill in the boxes with the topics. Leave yourself a little room for original stuff, like re-tweeting, or sharing a link from that day.

Be sure and use your tools to make your job easier – HootSuite for scheduled posts to Facebook and Twitter, for starters.
