In addition to the new materials, RESTART Program participants will be given a new completion date – based on the date you “restart.” It is understood that candidates will complete all their studies within twelve (12) months for the CTA and eighteen (18) months for the CTC or CTIE.
Online Testing is the preferred form of testing for ALL certification programs. If a paper test is requested, the paper-test surcharge of $25/test will be collected.
CTA Participants: Replacement materials will be sent based on the current CTA Core courses and electives. In the event that a course is no longer part of the CTA program, you will be contacted to choose a course to fulfill all the requirements.
CTC and CTIE Participants: Replacement materials and completion requirements will be based on the current program components. This includes 10 courses of study and the completion of a White Paper. If you had originally began the CTC program before the CTA requirement was added, you will be asked to complete the CTA test. A $50 CTA test-out fee will be required.
