The Travel Institute Awards Grand Prize to Villa Travel Webinar Attendee
Framingham, MA – Louisy (Lucie) Kremer, based in Oceanside, CA, was recently awarded a 3-night stay in a Private Trade Winds villa (valued at $1200) following a drawing held after a Travel Institute webinar held on June 8. The webinar was hosted by The Travel Institute and Judy Sweetland, Director of Marketing and Andra Minnehan, Sales Director, Private Trade Winds, the course sponsor. Participants toured Villa Properties virtually and discussed selling this profitable product to high-end luxury travelers.
“I come from a Property Management background, and have recently enrolled in The Travel Institute’s CTA program. I am also completing the Travel and Tourism Specialist program at Penn Foster. This amazing getaway will be a great opportunity for me to learn first-hand the advantages of selling villa vacations and possibly carve out a profitable niche market for me” commented Louisy.
The Villa Specialist course explains the differences between villas and vacation home rentals and how agents can find and educate potential luxury villa customers. After agents complete the course and make their first Private Trade Winds booking, they will be eligible for many great incentives including 12% commission and travel credits which can be used for a villa stay of their own at one of Private Trade Winds select villas.
